User Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before using InfluencerPortal. By registering on our platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. PARTIES

This agreement is entered into between InfluencerPortal (the Operator) and the user registering as a 'Brand' or 'Influencer' (the User).

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

This agreement governs the use of influencer discovery, campaign management, payment facilitation, and analytics services provided via the platform.

3. DEFINITIONS

Term 1

Platform: InfluencerPortal web and mobile applications

Term 2

Brand: Entities or individuals seeking promotion services

Term 3

Influencer: Content creators registered on the platform

Term 4

IQS: Influencer Quality Score and performance metrics

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining account security.

Campaign content must comply with laws, ethics, and copyright regulations.

Facilitating or requesting payments outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

5. PLATFORM RIGHTS

We reserve the right to modify service content and pricing models.

Accounts may be suspended for policy violations or malicious use.

The platform may request API access to verify influencer data.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

1Campaign budgets are held in escrow until campaign milestones are met.

2Influencers are paid only after services are successfully rendered.

3Refunds for cancelled campaigns are subject to our Refund Policy.

4Invoices are issued electronically upon service completion.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Usage rights for content created by influencers are transferred to the Brand according to the campaign brief. The platform software and UI remain the property of InfluencerPortal.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

InfluencerPortal is not liable for disputes between users or specific campaign performance outcomes. Services are provided on an 'as-is' basis.

9. TERMINATION

Users may terminate their account at any time.

The platform reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of contract.

Accounts with active campaigns cannot be closed until the process is finalized.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
